5th ODI : Russell & Narine make it 4-1 for West Indies.

Although it shouldn't have been this bigger target anyway, Kiwis still had a potential chance to fetch some consolation chasing 242 on a pitch that had no demons. Sadly, Sunil Narine once again proved to be their nemesis, snatching a five wicket haul that kept visitors 20 runs short..

With this win, windies won an ODI series after almost four years, since they beat Bangladesh away from home. Windies won 1st ODI by 9 wkts, 2nd ODI by 55 runs, 4th ODI by 24 runs while New Zealand won 3rd ODI by 88 runs.

4th ODI : Taylor's century not enough, Windies secure series.

West Indies hadn't won a bilateral series, of tests, ODI or T20s, since they beat Bangladesh back in October 2011, losing 3 test series, 3 ODI series 3 T20 series but now, with a struggling Kiwi side at their shores, Caribbean team turned the tables around, winning T20 series 2-0 and today, they secured ODI series 3-1 with one match remaining..

Windies squad for T20s vs NZ in US : Samuel Badree new face.

New Zealand, who meet the West Indies for 2 T20s in Florida, will have to face an unfamiliar bowling attack in Samuel Badree, an uncapped Windie leg-spinner, when the matches start on June the 30th. The T20 matches between the two nations will be hosted by the United States of America in Florida, in an attempt to popularize and spread awareness of the game in the country.

New Zealand test, ODI & T20 squad for West Indies tour 2012.

As part of Future Cricket Tour Programs (FTP) prepared by International Cricket Council (ICC), West Indies will host New Zealand in a bilateral series, beginning on June 30, 2012. Both these teams will battle it out in all forms of the game - Tests, ODI’s and T20 Internationals.

New Zealand Cricket named their T20, ODI and Test squads on Thursday. Opening batsman Brendon McCullum has been omitted from New Zealand's one-day and Twenty20 squads, and will only play in the Test matches.

Schedule : New Zealand tour of West Indies, June & July 2012.

New Zealand is known to be the technical team of cricketing arena and now they're experimenting with different coaches for different formats. Will this work? not sure but current coach John Wright has resigned to the idea and his last assignment will be with his national team will be the tour of West Indies..
