From an Indian cricket supporter, it must be very hard to keep looking at the Tv when nothing is happening for your team. Pakistan are 293 for the loss of 3 wickets as I persent you the latest news in cricket.
But if you are a Pakistani supporter, following news may be little more interseting then they really are.. so here we go :- 1) For last 2 months I have been tracking who is saying and what he is saying.. and to tell you honestly, Shaharyar Khan, the Chairman of PCB has been the most popular name. Lets forget what he has said previously, but now he came come with a request to ICC that all the test matches between 15th November and 15th Janurary should be 6 day affair rather than conventional 5 days. I remember the last 6 days test match India played was against West Indies, way back in 1997. Here is what Shaharyar Khan has to say in his proposal.  2) Indian selector Kiran More has said that Ganguly's career is not over, but they are looking at World Cup in 2007 and all afforts are to build a strong team. He says they are ready to try out every possible talent in Indian domestic cricket and promises that the upcoming series against England will contain some more surprizes. Here's the full story. 3) The bowling action is a matter that will never be clear, and Shoiab Akhtar of Pakistan along with Murlidharan of Srilanka will go down as the most suspected ones. Both of them have already played most of their cricket but still people keep on suspecting their action. And frankly, even I at times feel that they don't bowl the way one should be allowed to. But isn't there has to be a end to it?? A country whose people were ours one time... And now when test series between India and Pakistan has come to the final 3 days, the news is that about 1000 Indians bought the tickets but only 250 odd showed up for the last test match at Karachi. Is it the boring cricket on dead wickets or Indians have lost the charm. I'll take the first option!!
