Shoaib Akhtar doubtful for 3rd test at Karachi.

Shoaib Akhtar, arguably the fastest bowler in the world is in doubt for the thrid and final test at National stadium at Karachi, AKHTAR_SHOAIB_TEST_PRAYS.jpgstarting on sunday - 29th of January.

It is said that he sustained an ankle injury during the last test at Faisalabad and he is yet to completely recover from that. With the pitch pretending to be favourable to seam bowling, it will be a huge blow to Pakistan.

Inzamam says : "Yes his ankle is bothering him and right now we are not sure if he will be completely fit for the Test but he is very keen to play and take some wickets which is good news." It must be noted that he is able to take just one wicket in the two test he has played so far, that too of Sachin Tendulkar at Faisalabad, where technically he wasn't out.

Injamam goes on to say - "I do feel sorry for Shoaib and the other bowlers because in my entire career Ihave not really seen Test turning out this way and the batsmen dominating the way they have done so far in this series. Hopefully things will be different in the final test."

I wonder its a bad news or a good news for Pakistan team, dropping a bowler of his name will be very tough for Injamam, but an injury can certainly help him bring someone who is in better form, read Umar Gul!!
