In next 5 days - a lot will be written about a left hander who redefined off side batsmanship and also reinstalled fighting spirit in Indian cricket.. how he waved his T-shirt at the Oval and how he made comebacks into the national team time and again.

In next 5 days - former India Captain Sourav Ganguly will play his last 5 days of International cricket before he retires after this India vs Australia 4th test match at Nagpur in 2008 Border-Gawaskar Trophy.

Anil Kumble retired at the end of last test match and sadly - last delivery India's highest wicket-taker bowled, was hit for a four by Mathew Hayden. India too failed to win that match which they should have. now the question is - will Sourav Ganguly bow out with a win or will India fail to regain Border-Gawaskar Trophy which they will - if they lose this Nagpur test match. A win or even a draw gives India a series victory and hence Trophy will return to India but a win in this 4th test match at Nagpur for Aussies means Series = 1-1 & hence - Australia will keep the trophy!

The Pitch, as always, is a dificult aspect to write about but according to news coming in - Vidharbha Cricket ground pitch in Nagpur is red in colour (which generally turns square) is expected to offer assistance to reverse swing bowling cause of its lush green outfield.

Australia have played 1 test matches before at Nagpur & they had won it by 345 runs in 2004. mind you - Australia have not lost a test series in last 3 years... Since they lost Ashes series in 2005.
