1996, in India = 1 test = India wins 1-0..
1998, in India = 3 tests = India wins 2-1.
2000, in Australia = 3 tests = Aus win 3-0.
2001, in India = 3 tests = India wins 2-1.
2003, in Australia = 4 tests = Draw (1-1).
2004, in India = 4 tests = Australia wins 2-1.
2008, in Australia = 4 tests = Aus win 2-1.

As always, the scoreline doesn't tell the actual story. Fact is : all of above mentioned Cricket test series between India and Australia have been extremely competitive and also entertaining from viewers perspective. Month of November-December 2008 brings another action packed 4 test match series between new arch rivals of International Cricket - India & Australia. this time on Indian soil!

Australia have kept their cards close to their chests & selected a youthful test squad which I mention below. **Sourav Ganguly has not been selected by India. Reason - his form and fitness!
