England-Cricket-Logo.jpg Last time England were in India - they lost the ODI series 5-1 but managed to draw the test series 1-1.

This time, again, they play a 7 ODI series followed by 2 test match series on their tour to India in the month of November through to December 2008. ODI series will tour English cricketers to all lengths and breaths of India while ending at Delhi's ferozshah Kotla ground.

Match start Timing = 9.30 am India time for all ODIs and test match days which turns into 4am in the morning for people living in England.

Following is full tour schedule of England tour of India 2008.

Tour match = England XI vs TBD = Mumbai = 9 November
Tour match = England XI vs TBD = Mumbai = 11 November

1st ODI = Rajkot = 14 November
2nd ODI = Indore = 17 November
3rd ODI = Kanpur = 20 November
4th ODI = Bangalore = 23 November(D/N)
5th ODI = Cuttack = 26 November(D/N)
6th ODI = Guwahati = 29 December... Canceled
7th ODI = Delhi = 2 December(D/N)... Canceled

Tour match = England XI vs TBD = Delhi = 5-7 December... Canceled
1st test = Ahmedabad = 11-15 December.. shifted to Chennai
2nd test = Mumbai = 19-23 December.. shifted to Mohali

Note : Indian team is supposed to go on a Pakistan tour for full ODIs and tests in January 2009 (schedule) but that's not confirmed as yet. After that, in March 2009 - India tour New Zealand where they'll play a T20 match, 5 ODI series and then 2 test series.. see full schedule of India's tour of New Zealand 2009
