4 tests, 2 tour games, 1 Twenty20 & 2 ODIs : Indian team has registered just 1 win out of 9 matches on current australian tour.

Of course rain and other factors combined for moderately unsuccessful/bad performance so far for Team India in Australia 2008 but looking back - only wins matter, not how well you tried. The level of cricket Indian boys are playing - probably best itsonlycricket has ever witnessed - this tour, so far, has been a dissappointment from an Indian fan's perspective..

6 more league ODIs remain for Dhoni's boys in Commonwealth bank triseries. Reaching best of 3 finals might appear easy as of now when Points table shows no win for Srilanka (lost Match 3 to australia yesterday) but business part of this trination cricket tournament starts now & things would change quickly. and I assure you - weather won't bother too much.

Melbourne pitch (for sunday's Ind v Aus Match 4), historically, isn't known to assist spinners - but looking at Australian ill-ability to wait & then play - Bhajji would have been my trump card. Sadly, Aussie trick of pressuring Harbhajan Singh off the field (Monkey Controversy) has done it's work. Harbhajan was unplayable when he first started this tour but now appears to have lost that special control over his off-spinners & straighter ones.

S Sree Santh has changed his name's spelling back to Sreesanth, & has been spending quite time downunder. Hopefully, SREESANTH will now retain his fitness & win some matches for his country.

On opposite camp - Australia are boosted with comeback of Mathew Hayden & James Hopes has managed to fill all-rounders shoes, so far. Brett Lee is tiring with every match, and Aussies should rest him in coming week. Brad Hogg is a much better spinner in ODI cricket than he is in test matches, which gives Ricky Poting another option in the field. although his own form is detoriating day after day.
