Bangladesh has inborn passion for cricket, and fans want to see their team where Indian & Pakistani teams have gone. Resources from Bangladesh cricket board confirm that Bangla cricket is on the rise. Their officials are doing everything required to take their nation's cricket forward and the cricketers didn't do too bad in gone year 2007.

But as I said, some success here & there is absolute must! 49 test matches (home or overseas) has fetched Bangla team only 1 win. that too against Zimbabwe at home. The tigers might be improving as an ODI & twenty20 team, but improvement in test arena will fuel the real cricket revolution for their country!

Now, Bangladesh is in New Zealand. Already lost the 3 ODI series, and 2 test matches beacons.. knowning that Kiwi conditions are swinging, first test match at Dunedin (from 4th Jan 2008) & second test match at Wellington (from 12th Jan) will test out the visitors.
