Earlier, Misbah-ul-Haq carried his bat throughout pak innings but failed in accelerating. His 322 ball innings might just have saved the game for the visitors but it has also killed several chances of Pakistan saving this Indian Oil Cup test series. **We still don't know the story behind the dotted leopard Shoaib Akhtar has been carrying on this Indian tour, but that toy has certainly gone addictive to the fast bowler. When India came out in second innings - Shoaib was Pakistani trick for quick wickets, who asked his 12th man (Abdul Rehman) to bring his leopard at the boundary ropes where his health drinks were kept.

** Dinesh Karthik just missed the record for most byes given by a wicket-keeper in a test match innings. He gave away 35 byes in Pakistan's first innings when the record is held by LEG Ames of England. Dinesh, at least, now holds the Indian wicket-keepers record.

**This is 100th test match for the match referee Ranjan Madhugalle. The Srilankan is the senior most ICC Cricket Referee and readers must know that for all those 100 test matches - Ranjan has traveled outside of his country as all match referee of International matches come from different country.. never a home match referee!
