If I tell you the name of this cricketer's friend, you'll need no options. Ganpat is his middle name and he played 17 test matches for India. Heavy backlift batsman used a very heavy bat and was in amazing form during 92-93 season, scoring 224, 227, 125 & 120 consecutively.

Hint : A very good fielder as per standards in early 90s, this man is also known to end his International career with a cry when India lost to Srilanka in 1996 world cup semi-finals at Eden Gardens.

Strangly, this left hander played just one test match out of sub-continent. I was a big fan of his, and still long to watch him bat on Australian or South African pitches!

Trivia : His father was a good fast bowler himself, and encouraged this cricketer to persue cricket as profession even in lack of money family was going through. This cricketer was doing his SSC (class 12th) when he began playing for India and that's where his education is still limited to.

Still not a regular for Proteas in 5 day games, this right arm fast bowler is the first (and only) bowler from South Africa to take a hat-trick in one day International (against West Indies). You'll rarely hear him say anything rubbish to the batsman, but he mixes outswingers with inswinger very well with the semi-new ball he gets first change.

This bowler also has his official website named on his name, with dot com extension. Once, he used to combine his job as Prison warder at Drakenstein while playing first class cricket for his provincial home Boland team. Kenneth is his middle name!
