M - Year - Australia's dominance review, at home. 1 - 2007 - till date, won it. 5 - 2006 - won all of them. 7 - 2005 - only one draw against SA in December. 7 - 2004 - Only 2 draws (at Cairns vs SL in July & India at Sydney). 8 - 2003 - Last lost to someone (India) at home in December. Adelaide it was. 
In fact, the last test series that Australia lose anywhere in the world, was against Srilanka in 1999 when Aussies lost the 1st test match at Kandy and remaining 2 tests were drawn. When did they last lose at home? You'll have to go back to the end of 1992 and start of 1993 when Curtly Amrbose and Keith Arthurton inspired young windies team to a memorable series victory downunder. We'll look into this series a little later but boy! 15 years since Australians last lost at home. Isn't there no proud cricket team in known world who dares to upset the cricket champions? Complancy, mercy, and respect (to an extent) has vaporised from Cricket Australia's books whenever they host a test playing nation. They know they are going to win. In fact, their coaches have started to aim whitewashes to keep their cricketers focused! In 2007-08 season, we'll have Srilankans, then Indians, then Kiwis and then Proteas playing test series in Australia -- so itsonlycricket.com readers can expect a similar article by the end of next year. Hope the story would be different then. How australia lost last test series at home For starters, it was a 5 test match series where West Indies didn't allow Australia the upper hand. at the end of first 3 test matches, Windies had lost just once & they came back to win the 4th test at Adelaide by 1 RUN. They hit the Confidence zone, and won the 5th test at Perth by innings and 25 runs. within 3 days! Looking at that Aus vs WI test series, I see one batsman -- Keith Arthurton displaying aggression with consistancy. I also see West Indies having better pace bowlers than Australia, although they missed a quality spinner.
