A moderately fast Internet connection should be able to give you un-interpted voice representation of cricket match. One thing to note - is that you won't get the live score card of India V England matches, on the same window you open on BBC cricket website. That is limited to people residing in England only. You either open separate window on BBC, or check out these websites which offer live scorecards of all International matches, with instant updates.

Another clause is, whether All India Radio (AIR) will give the commentory of India-England cricket matches this July. Answer is no.
