Note : For india-pakistan nov-dec 2007 series, indulge into this article.
Except that South Africa-Ireland match on 24th June, all 5 matches Indian cricket team will be playing in Ireland & scotland in time span of 11 days, you can watch them live on DD1. The onedayers will be starting around 3pm India time, or a little after that. Other country channels, try this story.
Prasar Bharti (Doordarshan officials) & Nimbus communication (owners of channels Neosports & Neo sports Plus) have been into broadcasting rights battle since long, but Sports Act 2007 by Govenment of India just recently has added an option for Indian audiances to watch Indian team's one day overseas matches. In fact, all sports channels have to do the same, when India is involved, like in Olympics n others. Nimbus has the rights for Future Cup cricket series, & they will be sharing live match feeds for free (with obvious cluses of course) with DD national channel.
-Sab Tv, the Sony entertainment television channel, will also telecast India-afrika cricket series in Ireland & Ind v Pak ODI, but with hindi commentory. sabtv is a family soap/movie channel, but to show cricket matches live, is not new to them having done live coverage of WC 2007. Sony's sabtv is just one of those 6 channels doing the live telecast of Future Cup.
-Kalanidhi Maran's media group Sun TV Network limited - Tamil, Telugu & Kannada language commentary. The goup has signed exclusive cable and satellite deals with Nimbus channel Neo sports, the holder of broadcasting rights for Ind-RSA Ireland series & Ind-Pak Friendship cup, will share its live cricket match feeds with Sun TV. This, in fact, is a long term deal by Neosports with Indian regional channels. Sun TV, mostly famous in southern part of India, will be showing all the neosports live matches till 2010 in Malayalam as well, with other languages mentioned above.
As for India-South Africa cricket this July & one match against Pakistan, Sun News will telecast the matches in Tamil Commentory, Gemini news in Telugu commentory & Udaya Varthegalu will broadcast this series with Kannada Commentary.
-Running commentory of these matches on AIR (All India Radio) is also a likely possibility. As per sports Act 2007 made by Indian govenment, Indian cricket fans, specially in rural part, can not only watch the arch-rival encounter on DD1, but listen on radio as well.
