The Squads : Mohamamd Asharful will captain Bangladesh team for the first time, whereas Sri Lanka has opted to set the scores straight by announcing their full strength squad for both test match & one day Internationals against Bangla cricket team.

The Broadcasters : In India, you can watch Bangladesh vs Srilanka cricket series this June on Channel Tensports. The live telecast is expected to start at 0900hrs. A little history : There has been only 7 Bangladesh vs SriLanka test matches, with all going Srilankan way. The closest Bangladeshi team came was in 6th test match (the first one played in Bangladesh) which they lost only by 8 wickets. Surprisingly, before this June July series being played in Srilanka, only Mohammad Asharful has scored two centuries. All other 8 Srilanka has got just one 100 against Bangladesh test team.

The Menace performer is no other than Muthiah Muralitharan with 50 wickets in 6 SL vs BNG test matches. The best bowler in score card for Bangla cricket team has been Shahdat Hossain (the right arm seamer) with 15 wickets from 4 tests.
