You have already spent whole of the weekend with your girl, so my last trick won't work today. But its still raining at Chenni, so we still have no play to discuss.

So what to do...How bout surprising the other one today!?!

Yeah, I know how faithful you are to her. You will never allow any other girl to enter your life. Not even in dreams..
But can you do something if somebody else's dreams are haunted by your girl. Can't he read me and give that second trick, a try?

Am sorry if last two sentences pinched. But then, they served their purpose. Today is the first day of a fresh week, how bout working honestly?

There was a cricketer called Navjot Singh Sidhu. Even her wife had the same name. The mail..opps, male version used to open for our country and we all remember his clash with Amir Sohail, don't we? Which ground they were playing at??

The reason I am recalling this "out spoken, now a days comedy show host", is he hated the rain affected matches. He always wished that umpires will call off the day so that he can watch a movie instead. I remember one test match being help up by RAIN GOD, and Sidhu was supposed to open whenever the play starts. And as we all waited till next morning, we came to know that Sidhu didn't.

He took one of his buddies, a commentrator from England, to his hotel room and made him watch a Hindi Movie. Remember "Dil To Pagal Hai".. Yeah, that one.

And the next morning, Mark Nicholas had nothing to tell us about cricket, but MADHURI DIXIT.

Am not making stories here, believe me. He mentioned his will to meet this "dhak dhak" girl quite a few times that day!!

I also remember "erect mouthed" Geoffery Boycott falling for Shipla Shetty and confessing it live. Quite shyly though.

Just now rediff informed me that they will be finally starting the Chenni Test in an hour from now, at 3 pm.

I remember another test match, between Australia and New Zealand, which was also affected by rain, after Australians had made a bright start, as usual.

Almost two and half days were washed out and you want to know what Steve Waugh and Stefan Flemming decided when rain finally stopped..
They agreed that both teams will declare one of their innings, New Zealand their first and Australians their second. This after Australians finish their first innings.
Then New Zealand tried to chase down Australians' first innings scoring the final innings of the test match, on the final day.

And I also remember both teams feeling at one point of time, that they could win the test, which eventually ended in an exiting draw. Going way past the shedulde playing time, completely under the lights.
Neither of the teams won, but cricket did. So did the craziest of spectators, who waited so long.

Can't these Asian cricketing giants do something like that. We have round about 120 overs left in the game.
