IPL 6 had purple cap move around quite a bit but finally rested on head of Dwayne Bravo who was relished bowling later in the inning and snatched away wickets at will. James Faulkner, with two five wicket hauls, remained close behind while Harbhajan Singh marched upto third position with his team winning the final, as did Mitchell Johnson. Sunil Narine and Amit Mishra were the best two spinners of the season while Mohit Sharma made a promise for the future. Dale Steyn bowled superbly too.
