I better not try and find words to explain how great the Australian test standard is... they won the third test, and the series against south Africa.

BUT........Even a loss can be a little bit of gain, and I have seen South African play much better cricket on particular days.. and the up coming VB series of Onedayes, also featuring Srilanka will give them a better chance to make some real upsets as they will have to play better for 100 overs.. not 450!!
