It was a highly anticipated game with added interest of Yuvraj Singh's return to International cricket but rain just refused to go away, leaving spectators wet and dry..Officials had shifted the match an hour earlier expecting poor weather but right from the beginning, we started to talk about the cut off time for a 5 over clash as it rained heavily at Vizag. Showers weakened little bit towards the start of play and groundsmen promised to make conditions ready inside 45 minutes but covers never came off. Couple of hours before the scheduled close of play, umpires decided to call off the match without a single ball bowled. Yuvraj Singh walked around the ground acknowledging the cheering fans. Andhra Cricket Association have presented a memento to World cup winning cricketer who was to play his first game since curing rare kind of cancer in past year.
