Over a month's break is rare for Indian cricketers. Since IPL, blue boys are cooling their heals at home but now, it's time to get back to work. They meet New Zealand in August at home before T20 world cup in September and then England in November but before all that, there's a five ODI and a T20 scheduled in Sri Lanka for which, following is the 15 member squad selected..Schedule : India in Sri Lanka 2012. MS Dhoni's captainship has come under scrutiny in recent times but for the time being, no other names are discussed. Wicket keeper batsman will lead the team in Sri Lanka with Virender Sehwag making a come back into ODI squad after skipping Asia cup. Gautam Gambhir will open the innings with Sehwag as Sachin Tendulkar has opted out of the seres, although Ajinkya Rahane has been included and will be the back-up. Virat Kohli, who's now the vice-captain, will lead the strong yet young middle order for India with Rohit Sharma and Suresh Raina. Manoj Tiwary will again be in the reserves in case some of the batsman gets injured. Indian selectors, surprisingly, have gone for 3 spinners in R Ashwin, the off spinner, Pragyan Ojha the left arm spinner and Rahul Sharma the leg spinner. Zaheer Khan returns to one day out-fit, leading a rather young seam attack that also comprises Umar Yadav, Ashoke Dinda and Irfan Pathan who was included after R Vinay Kumar was ruled out due to hamstring injury. Prominent names who're missing are allrounders Ravindra Jadeja, Irfan Pathan and Praveen Kumar.
