Match summary

There were few chances of Ian Bell to play in this match after right hander was hit on the chin the day before but he did, and made most of his opportunity that came his way only after Kevin Pietersen announced his retirement from the formast last fortnight. Bell opened the innings, lost his captain in the very first over but added impressive 108 runs with Jonathan Trott and finished the job completing his second ODI century, guiding his side to a solid total.

Windies began confidently but as was expected earlier, they lacked someone who could bat out the middle overs. Dwayne Smith's rocket start landed for no use as England sealed an impressive 114 runs victory after rain ate up bit of the match.
