Ambati Rayudu is yet to represent India and he hasn't been part of many A tours either which is because he once signed up for rebel ICL but he's certainly one name for the future. Today, this talented right handed snatched a miraculous win for Mumbai with Kieron Pollard..

Chasing stiff 172 runs target, Mumbai lost both openers by the second over and then were 5 down for 51 runs when Pollard joined Rayudu. Slowly, they started to rebuild the innings untill Pollard survived a run out diving full length. This moment, luck changed for visitors as one of light tower went off for around 10 minutes and these two added rapid 122 runs off just 65 balls.

Earlier, with rain delaying start by around an hour, Bangalore shouldn't have been surprized to have been called in to bat first as they themselves had done it several times on a cement like pitch on which chasing has always been easier but they were, not planning their start properly. Chris Gayle perished early on trying a big shot off RP Singh and then Virat Kohli returned through a terrible mis-understand with Tillakaratne Dilshan. Dilshan redeemed himself with a patient knock, adding valuable runs with Saurabh Tiwary and AB de Villiers but the real acceleration came off the bat of Mayank Agarwal. Youngster who's yet to play a first class match, unleashed an array of strokes, using his feet smartly, in his 26 ball maiden IPL half century to post a healthy total on board for home team.
