For the second day in a row, rain graced the garden city much to delight of locals welcoming some respite from summer sun but not for those who understood cricket cause this was a high profile match. Chennai had snatched a close game against Bangalore at home and today RCB were were hoping to return the favour but it wasn't to be.
Mild rain had delayed the toss for almost an hour but then umpires decided to play a full game when the coin went up the air. Virat Kohli, leading the side saying Daniel Vettori has some injury, elected to bowl first but players never came out of the pavilion as rain started again and then got heavier. Fans and umpires waited patiently but ultimately "no result" was already written on the wall, without a ball bowled, sharing a point each between two teams.
