It ain't no secret that whenever England and Australia clash on cricket field, World is watching. Organisers know that and hence, they try to bring these two teams head to head as often as possible. Now, playing Ashes every year is not feasible because it'll dilute icon series' importance but ECB and CA are making sure intensity is maintained through bilateral one day series..

Australia toured England in 2010 for Natwest series before hosting Ashes at home in 2011 and now in 2012, Aussies will be back in England playing another Natwest series of 5 one day internationals. here's the schedule :-

Aussies land in England on 27th June 2012, play a one day practice match against Leicestershire at Grace Road on 21st and then travel to Belfast for one off ODI against Ireland on 23rd June before they return and play another one day practice game against Essex at Chelmsford. This time, it'll be a day-night game.

England v Australia Natwest series 2012 kicks off 29th June at the Lord's, as a day encounter but interestingly, second ODI at The Oval will also be a day game where D/N games are allowed. Edgbaston hosts 3rd ODI on 4th of July while Emirates Durham ICG gets 4th ODI on 7th. Aussies play fifth and final Natwest ODI at Manchester before returning home.
