Sometimes people have that talent that it takes to achieve success at the highest level, but somehow they keep failing. Keep on disappointing their supporters..

So whats the solution - pack your bag and go home or keep fighting?? Something similar can be said about our current coach, Mr. Greg Chappell. He was a big success as a batsmen and equally big failure as a coach.. But still our BCCI selected him, possibly because the name of the man. And may be due to luck, he has won quite a few matches for the country, although only at home. Still no one can deny the risks he has taken - Providing Irfan the chances up the order, carefully using Dhoni and things like that..

The latest is - 12 players will be leaving for Pakistan on 3rd while rest 4 will join later - after playing Ranji matches for their state. Now isn't that an example of clear thought process and hunger to perform. Pakistan tour is a tough one and as the first test States from 13th, only 11 can play in that only tour match against Pakistan A. It makes perfectly sense to allow the rest to have some first class match practice........Pakistan isn't far!!

It can serve two more purposes - firstly to see if Sourav is really in form and deserves a place in the team and secondly..... both Chappell and Ganguly can spend some more time away from each other. They surely don't love each other!!

Meanwhile, Abdul Razzaq has fallen sick. Some severe chest infection they say(Cricketers catch such strange diseases) and is doubtful for the first test...o boy, was he in contention to play it??

Come on Pakistan, you surely can select eleven better "test players".
