Everytime I listen to or read Sachin Tendulkar, Indian run machine never fails to urge youngsters to pursue their dreams. Hard to digest he does so, cause success came his way utterly easily, making his international debut at tender age of 18 and scoring centuries on his Deodhar and Duleep trophy debuts..
I recall reading a mega Sachin Tendulkar interview over a decade and half ago in a magazine called "Cricket Samrat", in which he revealed he only drinks champagnes, that too preciously on celebrations, cause he wanted to play for a long time.
Today when this most popular Indian is close to climax of his career, I finally digest what drive he has had throughout his life ~ to win as many matches for India as he can and in process, break all possible records.
