Tensports Live Cricket Schedule in Year 2010 on Television in India.Filed under

Only 10 country play cricket at International level, full time, and each home board has right to chose their own home broadcaster (A TV/sports channel) for all games played on their soil (except ICC tournaments).Tensports, the UAE based Taj TV owned sports channel, is the official broadcaster of 5 of those 10 cricket playing nation but sadly, they show few cricket series. why? cause Pakistan hasn't been hosting any cricket in last couple of years and Zimbabwean cricket is almost negligible. We're left with West Indies, South Africa and Srilanka whose boards regularly host cricket series. in following, lets see which cricket series Tensports will show live on their platform this year:- Note : although not a full time ICC member, UAE hosts considerable amount of cricket each year and Tensports has television rights for that as well. England in South Africa : November 2009 - February 2010 :- England will be in Africa for a full tour of 4 tests, 2 T20 games and a 5 ODI series, starting at the end of year 2009 and completing in second month of 2010. Tensports has the broadcasting rights for it for cricket fans in India, Pakistan, Middle East, Srilanka and rest of asia. Zimbabwe in West Indies : February 2010 :- Although not a very high profile cricket series this, Zimbabwe tour of West Indies 2010 will be live on Tensports for asian cricket fans. India in Zimbabwe : May 2010 :- Will India finally visit Zimbabwe or not, that remains to be seen but according to ICC cricket calender, this one day series is scheduled to be played in month of May and Tensports will show it live on television for Indian cricket lovers. South Africa in West Indies : May-July 2010 :- Probably the biggest extravaganza of live cricket on tensports in year 2010. Proteas will play 4 tests, ODI series and also twenty20 games in Caribbean and Tensports, being the home broadcaster of Windies cricket, will do the coverage in India and asia while selling rights to different sports channels around the world (skysports in UK, supersport in Africa). Bangladesh in Pakistan : August 2010 :- Will Pakistan get to host Bangladeshi team or not is a question only time can answer but is it does happen, find tensports channel to watch it live on TV. South Africa in Pakistan : October 2010 :- Will Proteas come to Pakistan? or will they ask for a switch in location to UAE or England like Australians did last year? We'll know as the series comes closer but wherever it will be played, tensports will show it live in Pakistan, India and other asian country where cricket is watched. Zimbabwe in South Africa : September 2010 :- Both African countries, South Africa had stopped playing zimbabwe last year but will resume with this september cricket series between two neighbour nations. West Indies in Srilanka : November-December 2010 :- This will be last test series for Muthiah Muralitharan, scheduled for a 3 test match, 5 ODI and a few twenty20 games. Tensports your channel if your are in India and other asian nations. Note : there is another proposed triseries in srilanka involving India but that hasn't been confirmed as yet. It this triseries takes place, Tensports will be your channel to watch it live. Note : Zeesports holds 50% shares in Tensports.
