Batting, is about partnerships. No batsman can win a game without a partner no matter how well he plays..

Sometimes, batsmen find each other and some luck to put on mammoth partnerships which stay in record books for long. Today, lets look at the highest partnerships between two batsmen in one day international cricket :-

That day, Tendulkar scored his highest ODI score = 186 till that day and was unbeaten as innings finished after starting as opener. His partner, Rahul Dravid, scored 153 himself which is his highest ODI score as well. Together, these two vetern Indian batting stalwarts put on 331 from 45.2 overs for the second wicket against a strong Kiwi bowling lineup of Chris Cairns, Shane O'Connor, Chris Drum, Daniel Vettori and Chris Harris.

318 = Saurav Ganguly + Rahul Dravid :- is third only triple century partnership in oneday cricket. made in a must win world cup 1999 match by Indian batsmen against Srilankans.
