Fact : There has never been an all 10 wicket win for either India and Pakistan in one day internationals between them. Pakistan one only once registered a 9 wicket win over arch rivals Indians, at Lahore on 2 October 1997 when they chased down target of 217 with 136 balls remaining.
8 wicket wins have happened 10 times in India v Pakistan ODIs, 6 times for Pakistan and 4 times for India.
In terms of runs, Pakistan's win by 159 runs at Delhi in that Pepsi cup ODI series 2004 remains the biggest win till date. Pakistan set up a commanding 303 after electing to bat, helped by a thrilling 23 ball 44 from Shahid Afridi and half centuries from Shoaib Mallik, Mohammad Yousuf and captain Inzamam-ul-Haq.
After 31 runs for the opening wicket, Indians fell down to 7 for 94 runs against some accurate bowling from off spinner Arshad Khan coupled with lots of careless batting before a face saving 35 run partnership between Ajit Agarkar and Harbhajan Singh which took them past hundred run mark to be dismissed for only 144 in 37 overs.
India's biggest win against Pakistan in terms of runs has come in Kitply cup at Shere Bangla stadium in Dhaka when India set a target of 331 for their rivals who in turns were bowled out for 190 against 4 wickets each for Praveen Kumar and Piyush Chawla.
