Is there any time limit for taking UDRS? like 10 or 15 seconds after the original umpire's decision?

In words of ICC ~
the total time elapsed between the ball becoming dead and the review request being made should be no more than a few seconds. If the umpires believe that a request has not been made sufficiently promptly, they may at their discretion decline to review the decision
.
Now thing to understand here is that both batsmen as well as fielding captain take their time, nearly 15 to 20 seconds, before asking for review after the ball becomes dead like tennis players who often stare at the line and look for mark before challenging the call. Umpires are little lenient one must agree.
