Fan Answer
BinitAustralia has won most test matches at home = 212 from 379 besides 94 lost, 1 tied and 72 draws. Second comes England with 189 runs from 467 tests while losing 107 and drawing 171 but I think the real representation of tigers at home will be winning percentage, not the number of matches as not all teams have hosted equal number of games at home. so, here's the list..

Best win percentage at home in tests
2.25% = Australia = 379 tests, 212 wins, 94 lost, 1 tied, 72 draws.
2.54% = Pakistan = 151 tests, 56 wins, 22 lost, 0 tied, 73 draws.
1.79% = Sri Lanka = 104 tests, 43 wins, 24 lost, 0 tied, 37 draws.
1.76% = England = 467 tests, 189 wins, 107 lost, 0 tied, 171 draws.
1.53% = India = 232 tests, 75 wins, 49 lost, 1 tied, 107 draws.
1.52% = West Indies = 216 tests, 76 wins, 50 lost, 0 tied, 90 draws.
1.26% = South Africa = 196 tests, 80 wins, 63 lost, 0 tied, 52 draws.
0.71% = New Zealand = 179 tests, 43 wins, 60 lost, 0 tied, 76 draws.
0.29% = Zimbabwe = 47 tests, 7 wins, 24 lost, 0 tied, 16 draws.
0.03% = Bangladesh = 37 tests, 1 win, 30 lost, 0 tied, 5 draws.
