Most sixes by a batsman in one ODI inning?
Asked by: KING on 07-12-2010..
Fan Answer
BinitRohit Sharma of India holds the record of most sixes in an ODI knock, smashing 16 big ones against Australia as he scored the only third double century in the format at Bangalore. That day, Rohit broke the record held by Shane Watson who had sent the ball over the boundary ropes 15 times just couple of years ago against Bangladesh.

But that's half of the story. For a long time, this prestigious record belonged to lesser known Xavier Marshall of West Indies who once was tipped as next big thing after Vivian Richards, blasting 12 sixes against Canada at King city. Sadly, Marshall had faded away..
